Political definition of justice that sometimes Rawls mentions as “Political justice”, changes the conditions of “Original Position” that is mentioned in the book “A Theory of Justice” guarantees the stability justice as fairness, but this action results in some contradictions. By reading Rawls' political justice, this article attempts to study the relationship between “Political justice” and the “Original Position”. The result of this study shows that Rawls' “political justice” have foundations that faces “Original Position” with contradictions, in such a way that removal of “Original Position” in “political liberalism” does not produce the problem. جان رالز در کتاب «لیبرالیسم سیاسی»، برداشتی سیاسی از عدالت ارائه می‌کند و معتقد است که این برداشت با مختصاتی که برایش تعریف می‌کند، پایایی لازم برای نظریه عدالت به مثابه انصاف را فراهم می‌کند. برداشت سیاسی رالز از عدالت که گاهی از آن به عنوان «عدالت سیاسی» یاد می‌کند، شرایط موجود در وضعیت آغازینِ کتاب «نظریه ای درباره عدالت» را دگرگون می‌کند، تا پایایی عدالت به مثابه انصاف را تضمین کند، ولي اين امر خود مولد برخي تناقض‌هاست. اين مقاله با تحلیلی از عدالت سياسي رالز، سعي دارد نسبت آن را با وضعيت آغازين بررسي کند. نتيجه بررسي نشان مي دهد که عدالت سیاسی رالز از مبانی ای برخوردار است که وضعیت آغازین را با تناقضاتی مواجه می کند، به طوري كه حتي حذف وضعیت آغازین در لیبرالیسم سیاسی، مشکل خاصی را ایجاد نمی کند. http://political.ihss.ac.ir/fa/Article/Download/12218
