According to the analysis presented in this article, the period of the tenth administration marked a turning point in this transformation.&nbsp; The question is, how did the self-interested subject emerge as a result of the policies of the tenth administration? This article within the framework of Lacan's political psychoanalytic theories and using a descriptive-analytical method, will answer . In this approach, which combines psychology with linguistic and political science, the belief in a fixed essence in humans and the conventional boundaries between individual and collective are set aside, and the identity of the human subject is considered something arising from collective life and inherently unstable. In other words, identity is defined as "becoming" rather than "being." Therefore, the state, as the Other, plays a central role in shaping the identity of its subjects through the control of the chain of signifiers. The conclusion&nbsp; is that the tenth administration, by intensifying the antagonistic relationship of power and weakening the civil society, paved the way for the emergence of the self-interested subject in Iran. The self-interested subject is an individual whose rational calculation of profit and loss outweighs their emotions and affections. The paper suggests, in order to govern-mentalize&nbsp; this one-dimensional subject, conditions for the creation of civil society should be provided.</p> <p>امروزه در کشور میان وضعیت کنونی و دهۀ 60 چنان تفاوتی وجود دارد که مردم با حسرت از آن&nbsp; یاد می کنند. در واقع احساس مشترک تمام مردم&nbsp; کشور این است که تغییری، آنها را از زندگی بی تکلف گذشته دور و وارد دنیای پر اضطراب رقابت برای کسب موقعیت برتر نموده است. بر اساس تحلیل این مقاله، بازۀ دولت دهم&nbsp; نقطۀ عطف این تغییر بود. دولتی که تصمیمات آن موجب ظهور سوژه سودجو شد. سوال این است که چه شرایطی آشکار شدن سوژۀ سودجو در دولت دهم&nbsp; را تسهیل نمود؟ این مقاله بر اساس چارچوب نظری روانکاوی سیاسی لاکان و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به این سوال پاسخ می دهد. در این نظریه مرزهای مرسوم میان فرد/ جمع&nbsp; به کناری نهاده شده و هویت سوژه انسانی امری برآمده از زندگی جمعی و ناپایدار می باشد. خلاصه اینکه هویت به منزلۀ "شدن" به جای&nbsp; "بودن" تعریف می شود. دولت به مثابۀ دیگری بزرگ از طریق کنترل زنجیرۀ دالها، عامل اصلی شکل دادن هویت سوژه است. نتیجه اینکه&nbsp; سیاست های دولت دهم از یک سو به تضعیف جامعه مدنی و از سوی دیگر به تعبیر جدید امر سیاسی انجامید. این دو امر زمینۀ را برای ظهور سوژه سودجو درکشور مهیا نمود. پیشنهاد این نوشتار برای&nbsp; حکم- روانی بر سوژه سودجو،&nbsp;تقویت جامعه مدنی است تا سوژه بتواند به شرط رعایت ضوابط حقوقی-قانونی و نه کسب سود ، به عنوان بازیگری مهم از سوی دیگری بزرگ شناسایی گردد. در غیر اینصورت این سوژه اقدام به تخریب جامعه و طغیان خواهد نمود</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> http://political.ihss.ac.ir/en/Article/Download/49287
