To this end, in order to answer the question "What is the relationship between the new information and communication technologies and the change of Kurdish political behaviors?" We will give a theoretical explanation of the relationship between globalization and ethnic identities and the theoretical explanation of the relationship of information and communication technologies with ethnic identities. By combining the aforementioned theories, the appropriate theoretical device formulated with the question of the paper will be extrapolated and the research hypothesis will be derived from this theory. Using library resources, theoretical and practical evidences of epistemological transformations and behavior change have been compiled for democratization. By analyzing the seventeen satellite and Internet properties, the way to change behaviors toward peacefulness is shown analytically and descriptively. Referring to the Kurdish Diaspora role and influence and the analysis of changing their strategy toward democratization, Evidence of the impact of satellite and Internet on changing behavior toward democratization and theoretical, case, and secondary evidence findings will be presented within the framework of the theory and research hypothesis. مقاله حاضر با هدف ساخت تئوری در باب رابطۀ فنّاوری‌های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطاتی بر رفتارهای سیاسی کردها آغاز شد. در راستای این هدف و به منظور پاسخ به این سؤال که «چه رابطه‌ای میان فناوری‌های جدید اطلاعاتی و ارتباطاتی و تغییر رفتارهای سیاسی کردها وجود دارد؟» به تبیین تئوریک رابطه جهانی شدن و هویت‌های قومی و تبیین تئوریک رابطه فنّاوری‌های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطاتی با هویت‌های قومی خواهیم پرداخت. با ترکیب نظریه‌های یادشده، دستگاه نظری مناسب با پرسش مقاله فرموله خواهد شد و فرضیۀ پژوهش از این نظریه ساخته‌شده، استخراج خواهد شد. با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای، شواهد نظری و عملی تحولات معرفت‌شناختی و تغییر رفتارها به سمت دموکراتیک گردآوری شد. با تحلیل ویژگی‌های هفده‌گانه ماهواره و اینترنت، چگونگی تغییر رفتارها به سمت مسالمت‌آمیز شدن به روش تحلیلی و توصیفی نشان داده می‌شود و با اشاره به نقش و تأثیر دایاسپورای کردی و تحلیل تغییر استراتژی آنها به سمت دموکراتیک شدن، شواهد تأثیر ماهواره و اینترنت بر تغییر رفتارها به سمت دموکراتیک شدن با شواهد و یافته‌های نظری، موردی و ثانوی در چارچوب نظریه و فرضیه پژوهش ارائه خواهد شد. http://political.ihss.ac.ir/en/Article/Download/12152
