مرکز منطقه ای اطلاع رسانی علوم و فناوری پژوهش سیاست نظری 2008-5796 9 16 2014 9 21 The Impact of Globalization on Distributional Function of Rentier’State تأثیر جهانی‌شدن بر کارکرد توزیعی دولت رانتیر 1 10 fa 2016 2 29 In this essay, we try to explain the distributional function of rentier state and it’s consequences in the present world or, in the other words, globalization waves expansion and transformation in all of the international and internal aspects. We will consider that the crisis in the distributional function of rentier state is, in fact, the crisis in social context of establishing state and, in the other words, the crisis in legitimizing- foundations for this political systems of these countries. In general, those of the rentier states can continue to live and resist to collapse if they can establish suitable institutions for getting taxes from society, transforming economical structures and accounting to social demands and therefore promoting procedural legitimacy in parallel with the revolutions. In fact, the rentier government resulting from these revolutions cannot preserve their previous function and we can’t be labeled as rentier states. در این مقاله کوشش خواهد شد تا کارکرد توزیعی دولت رانتیر و پیامدهای آن را در بستر واقعیت جهان امروز، یعنی گسترش امواج جهانی‌شدن و دگرگونی در تمام عرصه‌های داخلی و بین‌المللی بررسی شود. در این بررسی خواهیم دید که بحران در کارکرد توزیعی دولت رانتیر، در واقع بحران در بستر اجتماعی استقرار دولت و به عبارت دیگر، بحران در مبانی مشروعیت ساز و موجه کنندۀ نظام سیاسی این دسته از کشورهاست. به طور کلی آن دسته از دولت‌های رانتیر می‌توانند علی رغم آنکه دچار بحران توزیعی شده‌اند، به عمر خود ادامه داده و گرفتار فروپاشی نشوند که بتوانند با استقرار نهادهای مناسب در جهت استخراج مالیات از جامعه، تحول در ساختارهای اقتصادی و پاسخگویی به مطالبات جامعه و از این‌رو تقویت مشروعیت رویه‌ای، خود را همگام با تحولات دگرگون کنند. در واقع دولت رانتیر برآمده از دل این تحولات، بی‌تردید نمی‌تواند مختصات قبلی خود را حفظ کرده و به سیاق گذشته، دولت رانتیر نامیده شود. http://political.ihss.ac.ir/ar/Article/Download/11856
