This relationship, however, pertains to much theoretical as well as philosophical elaboration. Looking critically at the prevailing conception of this relationship, namely that of possessive individualism, this paper points to a different conception of such relationship. Using the two metaphors of "Red Reason" for a conception of "man", and "Green Rights" for an emancipatory conception of "right", an Illuminationist (Eshraghi) view of "human rights" is elaborated on. مقوله «حقوق بشر» در بر دارنده دو مفهوم محوری «انسان» و «حق» و رابطه بین آنها است. منتهی، این رابطه، متضمن تأملات فلسفی و تئوریک بسیار است. با نگاهی انتقادی به فهم غالب از این رابطه، و مشخصاً به «فردگرائی تملیکی»، این مقاله به فهم متفاوتی از این رابطه می‌پردازد، و با استفاده از دو استعاره «عقل سرخ» و «حق سبز»، مبانی یک نظریه «حداکثری» از حقوق بشر را مطرح می‌کند. http://political.ihss.ac.ir/ar/Article/Download/11767
