Political judgment can be considered as the expression of one's understanding and perception of a political event or situation. Based on this definition, the essence ofPolitical thingis defined based on speech, decision and judgment in political life. Historically/ conceptually, political Judgment has gone through two major Transformation. One: in the form of Platonic awe and following predetermined criteria (idea-centric), And the second in the form of devalued face of the world of politics and centralization, interpretation and benefit of man as the standard of everything (relativistic). Nussbaum's normative approach proposes a third and distinct type of judgment under the title of "virtuosity-ability". Therefore, the question arises, what is the nature of political Judgment in Nussbaum's thought, and where is the position of "ability-virtue" in it? In her view, political judgment is related to "valuable and virtuous political feelings and emotions", and on the other hand, to "capability approach" in the sense of what citizens can and should do. From this point of view, Nussbaum tries to criticize the standard-oriented and non-normative Judgment by proposing political liberalism against comprehensive liberalism. And on the other hand, she is against imposing those judgments on the political decision-making situations of citizens. یکی از مسائل مطرح ‌شده در فلسفۀ سیاسی متأخر، بازاحیای مفهومی زبانی با عنوان «داوری سیاسی» است. داوری سیاسی را می‌توان بیان ادراک و دریافتِ خود از یک رخداد یا وضعیتی سیاسی در نظر گرفت. بر مبنای این تعریف، ذاتِ امر سیاسی بر مبنای سخن، تصمیم و داوری در زندگی سیاسی تعریف می‌شود. داوری سیاسی به لحاظ تاریخی/ مفهومی، دو تحول عمده را پشت سر گذاشته است. یکی در قالب هیبتی افلاطونی و پیروی از معیارهای از پیش تعیین‌شده (ایده محوری) و دومی در قالب چهرۀ ارزش‌زدایانه از عالم سیاست و کانونی‌سازی برداشت، تفسیر و منفعتِ انسان به‌عنوان معیار همه‌چیز (نسبی‌گروی). رویکرد هنجاری نوسبام، نوع سوم و متمایزی از داوری را با عنوان «قابلیتی- فضیلتی» مطرح می‌کند. از این‌رو این سؤال مطرح می‌شود که داوری‌سیاسی در اندیشۀ نوسبام، چه ماهیتی دارد و جایگاه امر «قابلیتی- فضیلتی» در آن کجاست؟ داوری سیاسی در نگاه او از یکسو با «احساسات و عواطف سیاسی ارزشمند و فضیلتی» مرتبط است و از سوی دیگر با «رهیافت قابلیت» در معنای آنچه شهروندان می‌توانند و باید انجام‌دهند. از این‌حیث نوسبام با مطرح‌کردن لیبرالیسم‌ سیاسی در مقابل لیبرالیسم جامع، درصدد نقد داوریِ ‌استانداردمحور و غیرهنجارگرایانه است و از سوی دیگر مخالف با تحمیل آن داوری‌ها بر موقعیت‌های تصمیم‌گیری سیاسی شهروندان است. http://political.ihss.ac.ir/fa/Article/Download/12665
