But neglecting the domain of foreign policy and international relations in the study of the role of political system domain, confront the foreign policy study domain of Islamic Republic Of Iran with special difficulties that in fact leads to the weakness in conceptualization in this domain. With regard to the area of foreign policy analysis and the achievements of this sub-domain, this article aims to answer these basic questions that: what is the Islamic Republic of Iran’s foreign policy decision-making model? Answering this question requires considering different effective levels in the analysis of foreign policy that the present study , examines this subject in three levels of decision-maker, decision-making structure and decision-making orientation of foreign policy as main effective elements in foreign policy decision-making and their role in foreign policy decision-making , hoping that it can illustrate the action and decision-making logic and also effective structural and organizational factors affecting on the Islamic republic of iran’s foreign policy. با پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی، تغییر اساسی در سیاست خارجی ایران اتفاق افتاد. غفلت محققان حوزۀ سیاست خارجی و روابط بین الملل در مطالعۀ نقش ماهیت نظام سیاسی، حوزۀ مطالعاتی سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را با دشواری خاصی روبه رو کرده و در عین حال ضعف مفهوم پردازی در این حوزه را نیز به دنبال داشته است. با عنایت به حوزۀ تحلیل سیاست خارجی و دستاوردهای این زیرحوزۀ مطالعاتی، پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد به این پرسش اساسی پاسخ گوید که: الگوی تصمیم‌گیری سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران چیست؟ پاسخ به این سؤال نیازمند توجه به سطوح مختلف اثرگذار در تحلیل تصمیم‌گیری سیاست خارجی است که پژوهش حاضر آن را در سه سطح تصمیم‌گیر، ساختار تصمیم‌گیری و جهت گیری تصمیم‌گیری سیاست خارجی به عنوان عناصر اصلی مؤثر در تصمیم گیری سیاست خارجی و نقش هر یک از آنها در تصمیم گیری سیاست خارجی بررسی کرده است، به این امید که بتواند تصویر روشنی از منطق کنش و تصمیم گیری و همچنین عوامل ساختاری و نهادی مؤثر بر سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران ارائه کند. http://political.ihss.ac.ir/fa/Article/Download/11859
