The political sphere is also in the process of fundamental changes in the age information. In this article, we describe and analysis the technology asinfrastructure for humanbehavior. Technology not also instrument that help human to change environment, but is a worldview that shapes the culture and all the meanings of life. This article examineschanges in political sphere and relation powers in the information age with an optimistic logic. The question this research is that what is the possibility of information technology in political sphere? To entrance cyberfield in politics, some subjects arevisible, for example cyber war, digital democracy, and electric citizen and E-government. انقلاب تکنولوژی اطلاعات، عرصۀ اندیشه و عمل زندگی انسان‏‏ها را در همة ابعاد دگرگون می کند و عرصة زندگی سیاسی نیز از این دگرگونی کنار نیست. مقالة حاضر، مبانی این تحول را از منظر فلسفه، جامعه‌شناسی و ارتباطات می‌کاود و در بستر خاص علوم سیاسی به رابطة کارآمد تکنولوژی اطلاعات و عرصة سیاست توجه دارد. این نوشته در قالب رویکردهای خوش بینانه و همدلانه، موضوع را بررسی می‌کند. مقاله ابتدا مبنا و پایة فلسفه و تکنولوژی اطلاعات را ترسیم می‌کند و پس از شرح آن، جنبه‌‏های چهارگانة پیوند آن با تکنولوژی اطلاعات و سیاست را در قالب جنگ اطلاعاتی، دیپلماسی دیجیتالی، دولت الکترونیکی و جامعۀ مدنی مجازی مورد کاوش قرار می‏دهد. http://political.ihss.ac.ir/fa/Article/Download/11849
